My biggest problem with the old version was that it kept switching to the Bluetooth program. That was wanted when I was streaming audio from TV or phone to the hearing aids. And in that situation there was usually enough volume to drown out whistles from the excessive high pitch amplification. But when there was little sound or background noise the program constantly whistled in my ear - very annoying. I found a program called Comfort in noise much easier when not streaming anything. But the old program constantly switched back to the BT program.
The problem is that the new version is that it won’t stay on Comfort in noise either, though it stays there a little more than the old one.
