Hi,
I’ll share this solution as it might be useful for some.
For a long time I’ve been experiencing random drops in volume while listening to music or watching videos in streaming with my Phonak Lumity .
After a while, it would go back to normal and then it would randomly happen again (especially 10 seconds after a new song starts, for approximately 5-6 seconds).
I couldn’t understand the reason and I’ve tried everything with Phonak Target since I do DYI.
Then I got an illumination and asked the , which suggested the reason could be the fact that the HAs get mistaken and sometimes shift from the music streaming mode to voice calls streaming as they can’t interpret correctly which one is needed.
So the AI suggested to reprogram the two modes in a similar way and voilà, now the HAs still probably shift randomly from a mode to the other (I think it’s a firmware bug) while listening to music but at least it’s not noticeable any longer as the two programs sound the same.
So, kudos to the AI that at least identified the problem correctly.
The shortcoming is that I do need more trebble sounds during phone calls (which now are adjusted to the same levels as music) but still, at least now media sounds perfectly.
