I know my way around the resound Smart fit software quite well. My Mom has Jabras from Costco, but live 2000 miles away. She’s not getting a lot of help locally due to mobility issues. I used to have my fittings done remotely by my when I first started with my own hearing aids (which were phonaks at the time), and it worked quite well. I also remember widex had a neck loop that could allow them to fit remotely. I now wear Beltones (Jabras rebranded) and I KNOW they can be adjusted remotely. I wonder if there’s a way for me to connect with my Mom, connect to her hearing aids, and make adjustments remotely. What equipment and software would we need, beyond having Smartfit (which I have)? Like an app that connects like was used with me. Could this also work for other brands? Phonak? Widex? oticon? Thanks
