A few days ago I posted:
Even though I had turned off the bluetooth connection to my fitness watch during the day yesterday to see if that had any effect on the connection (it didn’t). I was surprised to see that it was connected all day today with minimal effect on the connection of the aids to my phone.
Last night I unpaired and powered down my Amazfit Bip 5 fitness watch with a couple of phone restarts. Today I had very few issues with connections between the JEP30s and my Pixel 7 pro.
Tonight, after posting this, I’ll double check by unpairing the hearing aids and repairing them through the Enhanced Pro App along with rebooting the phone a few times. I want to have fresh connections and no memory of the fitness watch. Hopefully tomorrow will go well.
I’ve got a week to go before my 1st recall fitting appointment. If I have minimized the connection issues I should be able to focus more on the actual hearing aids.

I just got the BA210 today (for use w/ Jabra Pro 30). You can adjust the volume on the BA210 itself. Use a USB cable to plug into a computer (don’t need the power cable).
goto https://www.qkaudio.com/support-ba2104 and click on the arrow button under QK CASTTOOL. This will bring up another screen where you simply click on the GET STARTED button (BA210 needs to be plugged in to computer via USB cable first!). You can then adjust the SQ Volume Offset value. Mine was at -12. I changed it to -30 and it definitely made a difference when I reconnected to TV.
EDIT: Instructions say you need to use a Chrome based browser. I used Brave and it worked.
EDIT 2: You can also update the firmware version. Mine came with 3.6.119 out of the box. The latest version is 3.8.150. Firmware & other stuff available here: BA210 AV Broadcaster4

I have the Pro 30s, Pixel 9, and Broadcaster product. I am having disconnection issues during connections from my TV. Also, the audio seems to lack any base and even mid range frequencies. I am considering switching to the Avantree Audikast 4 product based on your post. I am concerned that I have a set up issue and I might get the same result with the Audikast.
It seems to me that once the Auracast connection is made to the ha there shouldn’t be a Bluetooth connection issue which makes me wonder why. Thank you for any insight you might have.

I am having HA disconnection issues during Auracast connections from my TV.
I’m not Phoebe but I’m going to guess that from a support pov “having disconnection issues” is not an adequate description of the problem. More information maybe?

Pro 30s & Pixel 8 Pro here with the Broadcaster BA210 V2.
According to the Enhance Pro app, I also have disconnection issues. TV is ~12’ away, the phone at arm of couch by my side & I get random disconnects but the still streams. I have yet to call Jabra on this. I’ve noticed that there are 2 broadcast assistants competing. The one in Android 16 and the one in the Enhance Pro app.
Resolution can be changing the LE audio setting in your hearing aid settings. Switch from on to off or vice versa. Stop the Auracast stream from the Enhance Pro app or by swiping down and closing the streaming from Android. Sometimes restarting the phone. Sometimes by turning bluetooth off then back on. Same for the broadcaster. I’ve also been able to turn bluetooth off and and continue streaming.
FWIW, I get random disconnects with basic streaming or even doing nothing. Google has recently released a Bluetooth repair tool in their settings. It doesn’t do much with my P8pro but it might do something with your 9.
Your Pixel phone can now help you fix frustrating Bluetooth issues1
Google rolls out a new Pixel Bluetooth diagnostics tool to help users troubleshoot issues with wireless accessories like Pixel Buds.
But there are reports that the January update caused some problems. I’m patiently awaiting for some fixes. Sooner or later they have to get things right.

Another Pixel update, another round of issues
As for the sound, have you tried switching cards from All Around to music? Try using the mini graphic equalizer in the sound enhancer. Once you find something that works save it as a favorite.
I myself will be giving the Audikast 4HA a try at some point in the future. I did get the Floogoo FMA120. I get random disconnects with that as well so my thoughts are the EP30s and app are the issue. Hope this helps.

I continue to be unhappy with the app. Almost every day I get a message that streaming has failed while I’m watching TV, while I’m streaming successfully through the Streamer+.
The app crashes from time to time.
When I’m done watching TV or participating in a meeting (Mulit-mic+), I cannot get back to All-Around cleanly. It states I’m back to AllAround, but the volume is low. It takes several minutes for the volume to return to normal. Sometimes I have to go into the Android applet and disconnect and reconnect to .
Every day I experience loss of sound from one or the other while streaming. Fortunately it one HA failing at a time.
Annoying. Still, I hear so much better with the HAs than without, and the Hear in Noise program hasn’t failed me yet. On the whole, a big win despite the annoyances.

I trialed the Jabra Pro 30s earlier this year. While I, occasionally had one side or the other disconnect from my iPhone when I was streaming it didn’t happen often. I never lost MFI link with my MacBook. If you haven’t, delete the app and then reload it. I was streaming from a iPhone 16. (I returned the Jabra for two primary reasons: 1) I had great difficulty understanding the Speech in Noise - it was very mechanically echoey and 2) When listening to live or recoded music from my stereo, the sound was very thin. But they were the most physically comfortable hearing aids to wear that I’ve ever worn.)

I have a Pixel 7 Pro also and I have only very rare connection problems with my Pro 30. I’m about to get the Pixel 10 Pro, but that’s only because Verizon is making me an offer I can’t refuse.
How have you been getting along with the Pro 30s and Pixel 10 Pro?

Overall my experience has been tolerable. But for the last few months the app opens with a totally black screen frequently, one or the other ear may lose connection occasionally, and is sometimes quirky. I chalk most of that up to the app or android immaturity.

I now see this on occasion as well - and had to do the un-pair, app uninstall and re-pair, etc., thing a couple of days ago. This with the rechargeable battery version of the Jabra 30s.
I don’t recall this being an issue with my disposable battery aids including the Resound Ones and Jabra 20s.

Are you on Android 16? How much do you stream from TV Streamer+ and Multi-mic+? I have the same phone and aids, but I wouldn’t call it a flawless system
For example, neither streamer gives up control of my on command. That is, switching from streaming to All-Around often requires me to disconnect my HAs from .
Yeah, I’m complaining, but mainly I’m interested in finding out if your experience is really better than mine, in which case I’ll do some more investigation on my end. If we don’t use the HAs the same way, our experiences aren’t equivalent.

I tried the Jabra Pro 30for about 6 months but didn’t like them as much as my KS9’s. I just switched to the Sennheiser Sonite Rise and like them much better than Jabra.

I recently found that turning off All Sound Notifications - except the most critical (like getting a text or family-only IMs) - helps keep things running smoothly. Took me awhile to realize that TV streaming getting interrupted by numerous App Notifications, (maybe several back to back), could apparently lock things up. Android 16 and Galaxy S25 streaming a TV Streamer+ and occasionally a TV Streamer II with Jabra 30s.

No, they haven’t divested. GN Hearing still designs and builds its own proprietary microchips in Præstø, Denmark. Once the chips are made, the final building, casing, and quality testing of the finished hearing aids take place across a network of facilities in Malaysia, China, Spain, and the United States.

Yes I noticed this from a earlier media release from GN, the hybrid chips are in house and distributed worldwide, when they opened the factory in the Malaysia years ago, good thing they spread the workload, too bad it might all be ruined by Amperfon!
