Hi
I’m using Danalogic Ambio Smart hearing aids and my Laptop doesn’t connect to them. I’m looking for advice as to whether there’s a Bluetooth adaptor that I can use?
I do a lot of Zoom calls and am just struggling a little with sound quality.
I would appreciate any help.

I don’t know your or your laptop. If it’s a Windows 11 laptop, it might connect to your HAs without an intermediary device if your HAs are -capable. See Using hearing devices with your Windows 11 PC - Microsoft Support53.

I have had my Danalogic Ambio smarts for a week. They will physically connect to my PC Windows 11, but there’s no audio. Same with my phone, although it runs Android 13, I think it requires 14 upwards. I did manage to connect to my tablet running Android 14, but it’s very hit and miss.
There are adapters, one is the Floogoo FMA 120. Other forum members could advise you better than me.

Hi. No, my laptop says it’s not capable of connecting to the HSs. I thought someone may have looked at a USB option

I’ve used a Multi-mic for 3 years. Last week the cable started failing intermittently, so I got a new cable. I use it for Zoom, etc. and as a table mic in condominium board meetings. Ebay usually has some available for a lot less than new price.
An receiver connected to your phone - Floogoo 120 with receiver firmware, for example - should connect to Win 11 via LEA to the Floogoo, and the Floogoo should connect to your phone.
