Nubi assistance please

Thank you for allowing me to join your group.

I have moderate hearing loss and use phonak nathos Ha provided by the NHS. I work in a noisy environment and use Roger on microphones on my colleagues pendant mode so that I can hear them. Absolutely fantastic.

Unfortunately when visiting a spas last week, I removed them and put them in my supplied gown pocket whist in the steam room. And stupidly left without them. On contacting the spas they had just sent out the used gowns and towels to the laundry but my were not recovered.

I contacted the NHS but it will take upto 12 weeks to have these replaced. So I went ahead and purchased a pair from ebay thinking maybe I could set them up myself to use now and have as spares for the future. Please would someone be able to help me with a link to download Target software for Windows. I will order a noahlink 2 from ebay.

I am struggling without them and would appreciate and guidance and assistance.

google the net for a link to any version of target from 6.0 on … when you open the app it will ask to be updated - do that and it will get to the latest ~ 11.2.2 as of today. then do yourself a favour - get somewhere quiet and run through the audio direct ( unless you have a recent to plug in) and run through the RET ( real ear test) - you should be fine.

Is that the Phonak Nathos Nova ( rebranded Phonak Marvel) if not you’ll need the older icube ll, also you won’t need the latest version of target to program older models, cheers

Thank you! Took a bit of searching but have eventually got Target.

Thank you for taking the time to reply. Have ordered a Noahlink 2 from ebay so hopefully in a few days I will be able to get myself sorted. Looking forward to trying to optimise my ’s to suit my conditions.

Can you help me please.

My Noahlink arrived today and seems to be working fine but the target software shows the serial number of the hearing aids but says ‘unknown hearing aid’. I know these hearing aids have not been assigned and are new nathos nova m. Is there anything I can do to get the target to see and program these?

I’ve done some digging on the net. And it seems the ’s I purchase on ebay are NHS issue and I need to enter an NHS installation key into target on setup.

Would you know a current working key I could use?

I know that I would need to uninstall and reinstall to enter the key.

Managed to get them set up. Performed a direct and feedback sequence. Tweaked a few settings under the guidance of a phonak setup video. And pleased to report they are working a treat.

Will be loading my Roger on licenses today and hopefully they connect without issues.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to the group your all your guidance.

Without your help I would have been waiting upto 12 weeks for my NHS replacements to arrive and as you all could appreciate, that would be no fun at all.

So relieved to be back up and running again. Family have been getting a bit fed up with me saying ‘what? ‘ all the time.
