Programming SPECSAVERS Hearing Instruments

After more than 50 years of serving in audiology and hearing instrument prescription, fitting and verifying, I have retired, and now give back to the community some of the blessings I received over so many years, by rendering my services free of charge.
Presently I have a dissatisfied client who has two SPECSAVERS Model Advance L1. I recognise these as Signia models. I would love to assist the client by making some programming adjustments. I have a NOAH-Link WIRELESS Inteface, but do not know what Programming Software is required - CONNEXX ? or SPECSAVERS specific?
I would be very grateful if anyone can advise me so that I may be able to assist this client.

Specsavers can be adjusted with their own software only. When I bought mine (in Australia) they confirmed this restriction applies to all their Specsavers-branded instruments. They don’t share their software.

This forum has a section where helpful members can guide you to software for other brands, but you probably have those already.

With Specsavers HAs our only option is go back to them for adjustments, but we can go to any branch. I got much better adjustments at the second Specsavers branch I went to. Perhaps your dissatisfied client could try other branches?

You could try Connexx with the Rexton database. This worked for me.

I did have Connexx 9.6.6 along with the RexFit 9.6.10 hearing instruments database for Rexton hearing aids, and after that, a few automatic software updates. But after migrating to a Mac, I lost the original installation files, so I can’t help you there, I’m afraid. Maybe someone else can.
