Hi,

try to program the Advance 870 (Specsavers)
This seems to be an Unitron,

however TrueFit do connect to the HA’s (via NOAHlink Wireless), and state: detection error, Unknown Hearing Aid, or non supporting firmware

Someon a clue

Tried it with TrueFit version 4.3.1 and 5.0

I know with Phonak that you enter the ‘special’ code when you install the software not after.
