Specsavers Advanve R65 hearing aid. I purchased in Australia in January but live in South Africa.
No one in SA can help me with repairs,I’m told these are only sold in Australian & UK & no one in SA has soft ware to test.
Does anyone know who the manufacturer of this brand is.

Even if you had the software they are locked. Same as all Specsavers own brand hearing aids. Were Specsavers aware you live in SA, if so why would they recommend them?

They are probably made by GN Resound.
Because the Advance range is exclusively programmed to Specsavers’ proprietary software, these hearing aids can generally only be adjusted and serviced directly by Specsavers.

Hi Barry specsavers Australia were aware we lived in SA. They said there was a world wide warranty & specsavers SA would offer back up.
Regrettably Specsavers SA do not market the Advance R65 & unable to help.
Apparently the Advance R65 is only sold in Australia NZ & UK
