Signia Stretta not working with Android phone

Has anyone managed to get Signia Stretta aids fully working with an Android (13) phone and, if so, how?

I’ve been using Phonak Nathos Nova aids for a couple of years and they’ve been great. I can make and receive calls handsfree and stream podcasts, etcetera. The Strettas are probably better as aids than the Nathos’ (I particularly like the ability to focus the microphone sensitivity in different directions), and the App works well, but I really miss the ability to use the phone handsfree so I’ve gone back to the Phonaks.

I have a tech background and have spent several hours trying everything I could find online (there’s a lot of online discussion from people with similar difficulties) but without success. Is it possible to use Signia Strettas handsfree with a Galaxy Note 20 running Android 13?

Not all Android phones are created equally. The Android OS maybe capable but the phone hardware not capable. You need to check the compatibility list of your aids.

Hi, did you get your stretta hearing aids to work with android phone. I have android phone which says it is compatible. Also checked on signia site and says compatible. Can pair but not connect on phone. Can pair and connect on Signia app. Podcasts wont play via hearing aid
