Phone Apps that work Android and Resound

I have older Resound behind the ear with ear molds aides. They worked well with the Resound App until I upgraded to a Galaxy S23 phone. I lost the ability to adjust volume or environment settings. I cannot hear in group settings except for the people sitting next to me. And if everyone is talking I can’t pick out individual speech. I can not hear soft voices. I went back to my audiologist and she made some adjustments but I still have trouble in group settings. Its so frustrating. Any suggestions?

Can you share what Resounds and what phone you had before?

Changing the phone does not change the aids programming, only the capability to adjust volume, change programs, etc. If the hearing is affected, most likely there is something else going on.

I would go back to the and explain the situation.
