I have older Resound behind the ear with ear molds aides. They worked well with the Resound App until I upgraded to a Galaxy S23 phone. I lost the ability to adjust volume or environment settings. I cannot hear in group settings except for the people sitting next to me. And if everyone is talking I can’t pick out individual speech. I can not hear soft voices. I went back to my audiologist and she made some adjustments but I still have trouble in group settings. Its so frustrating. Any suggestions?

From the ReSound website: Please see www.resound.com/compatibility12 for which app to use if you have other hearing aids.

Smart 3D is compatible with ReSound ONE, ReSound Key, ReSound LiNX Quattro, ReSound ENZO Q, ReSound LiNX 3D and ReSound ENZO 3D, per the Resound site.

Good luck. They still support some older apps that may run on current Android. The compatibility list should tell you.
