So on Wednesday I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S26plus and on Friday I got my first hearing aid on the NHS - Oticon Optim BHE. My audiologist said that the hearing aid would only work with iPhone - is that correct? I am so disappointed.
From reading online I think I should be able to stream directly to my phone but if I want to make a call I need a Oticon clip?
From my bluetooth connections I can my aids are psired but the Oticon companion app can’t see them.
Can anyone help please? I have spent hours trying to set them up
