Did you try the genie updater, a separate program you’ll find in your system tray, 2025.2 is latest I think.

Would anyone have the link for the genie 2 fitting software?I am getting the oticon intent 2 Hearing Aids on Wednesday and like to tweak my own settings. I tweak my Starkey genesis 16 ai so I have some experience.

Hi,
I just found this great forum and would like a link for Genie 2 programming software to use with Oticon Real 1’s that I just purchased. I will be buying the Noahlink box shortly. I intend to read the user guides.

Hi @tenkan
Recently obtained a pair of Intent 1’s. I have the Noahlink 2 on order, and need to obtain the Genie 2 software. These aids are great, but the programming my audi did originally needs to be tweaked, and I’d rather learn to do this myself. I’m a retired EE, and want to become proficient at maintaining these things! Thanks for your help!

Hello, my grandfather passed away, and I’ve now received his relatively new Oticon hearing aids. My Oticon Agil hearing aids are already 10 years old, and I just received new Oticon Intent hearing aids on trial. I asked my audiologist to adjust my grandfather’s hearing aids to my hearing. I just had new earmolds fitted. However, my audiologist won’t adjust my deceased grandfather’s Oticon hearing aids to my hearing. So I ordered the Noahlink wireless module, but I’m now looking for the Oticon Genie 2 software to adjust my grandfather’s hearing aids. Does anyone have the software for me? Thank you very much in advance.

Welcome to the forum @serge1965Meijers great your giving a go, yeah that’s a bit unfortunate that they wouldn’t program them for, but a good thing is now you can DIY and bother going back to them at all, just be sure to read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, and as you have the Noahlink wireless on the way I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.
