Yes, those are the domes! Phenomenal comfort and sound for me. Where did you find the image?

Just search for “Widex domes”, Rexton started including them in their device pamphlets recently too.
If it wasn’t clear, you can use Widex domes with Rexton and Signia. They’re all made by the same company WS Audiology.

Yes I have. I would prefer to stream to the but need to get the sound dialed in. I also have noise canceling over the ear headphones which sound great with the HAs in. I have open dome but it sounds like the round domes would be best for sound quality. I have no interest in taking my HAs out to listen to music. I see my hearing specialist Wednesday and will ask to try round domes.

Yeah, sleeves are nice but I prefer the vented ones. You need a good fit though. Initially I had ones too big and they irritated my ears.

I hope adding the music program will help
Music program isn’t for streaming, it’s for listening to music “from outside”.
Streaming isn’t affected by programs in general, there’s separate equalizer in the fitting software for that.

Thanks, Reginald! I didn’t realize Widex was part of the same company! I love these domes!

Paultxrn, I do the same with one of my Galaxy buds for phone calls, when I’m out and about.

It looks like you’ve had quite a positive experience with Bluetooth on the Rexton Reach; are you using an iPhone? I’ve heard that Rexton Reach Bluetooth on Android is better than Bluetooth with Jabra, but still marginal with Rexton. (I’m using Android on a Samsung S22+ mobile device.) Have you any experience, particularly with Reach handsfree calling on Android? I’m considering replacing my new Jabra Pro 20 (from Costco) with Rexton Reach. I’ve found that Bluetooth with the Jabra is quite problematic. Thanks for any info.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S23. I had so much trouble with Bluetooth using my Jabra !
When the Rexton Reach HAs came out I went through all the comments I could find by Android users–here, on Facebook and Reddit–none of the official reviews talked about it. The android phone users seemed to have only good things to say about the Reach, and didn’t mention Bluetooth issues. I really took a chance, but my 180 days was almost up on my Jabras. The Reach HAs had only been out a couple of weeks and my rep did not want me to get them. I ended up with a different rep, because she had to leave early that day, and we did my purchase. I am so glad!
I am super happy with my Reach HAs. I have almost zero Bluetooth issues. Basically the only time is when I’m walking outside and I might lose sound (when streaming) in one of my ears for a short time.
I also love the rechargeable battery life. I wear them from early in the morning until late in the evening, and I still have loads of battery of life left!
I do not have hands-free calling on these at this point. I did with the Jabras, and loved it, but when I talked on the phone outside, it was still hard for someone to hear me. I’m going in on Sunday for a firmware update, and I’m hoping I will have hands-free calling at that point. What I do in the meantime is stick an earbud in my ear when I’m making a call outside, or at home I’ll put it on speakerphone or just have the phone close to my mouth.
I hope this helps.

I am disappointed that I was given no programs except TV which doesn’t work; that my Assist settings which I figured out myself to amplify high frequency female voices, and the one to eliminate feedback, have to be reset every morning; that my Pixel 4a incoming only comes out of my phone speaker and not into my h/a’s and I can barely understand the person at the other end. Replacing my KS9s I expected more. Hoping there is a way to resolve all this, hopefully remotely as I love Costco but am up in years and don’t drive much. Maybe a reverse Instacart back to Costco? LOL!

How about if you tried calling and talking to your Costco about your issues? I thought Rexton Assist made permanent changes, but I haven’t used it so I don’t know. I’m still super happy with my Rextons. I have pretty mild hearing loss, so maybe that’s why. I live an hour and a half away from my Costco so I can understand the difficulty of getting over to the hearing center. Maybe you need to go there though to get an adjustment or a different brand.

After making a change in assistant it asks if you want to keep the changes, maybe you are exiting the assistant to soon

No I always reply to keep them but a Costco rep confirms that it is undone everytime they are charged unless changed at the store.

That is not true I opened the connexx app today after making Rexton Assist adjustments yesterday and charging overnight. When opening the Connexx the software showed the adjustments i made in Assist and asked it I want to keep them, I did, it did not remove the adjustment when charging the aids.

When I open connexx it informs me that the assist has made changes and lets me keep them. This is days after I made the changes and several charging cycles. So I believe the Rexton assist changes are permanent
