Any standard USB-C cable can be used with the FMA121.
If you specifically prefer the short black silicone cable with white LEDs included with the FMA121, it is currently only available directly from us. Please note that shipping costs may make it less practical for customers outside Australia.

First-time poster, 50-year hearing aid user with Jabra Enhance 30 (v10.21), and FlooGoo FMA120 (v1.1.7). Experiencing great sound quality but can’t get two-way audio working. I half suspect I’ve got something set incorrectly either in Windows or FlooCast.
Personal PC (Media & Gaming)
Best sound ever heard on a PC; one-way audio works 99% of the time. Mic always hangs and have to discoonect/reconnect.
Work PC (Teams Meetings)
Speaker works and defaults correctly. Mic crashes instantly.
Keen to optimise settings for stable two-way audio, and also on high quality audio.
FlooCast:
Trying both High Quality and Gaming modes with “Prefer LE” on and **“**aptX” off.
Windows:
Testing mostly on the personal PC.
Mic set to 1ch, 16-bit, 16,000Hz, default device (tried disabling all others too), not muted.
V
Exclusive mode options off.
Have tried multple USB ports, uninstalling FMA120 and using a different port.
Testing with Windows native mic test and mic tests on the web via browser or in Teams on the work PC.
Phone bluetooth completely disabled.

It seems to be a new issue introduced in the Jabra v10.21 firmware. Enabling the microphone consistently causes the dongle to crash.
We’ll reach out to ReSound to see if they can help us investigate and resolve the issue.

Ha! Thanks for the reply. I take it that means I’ve done the right thing with the settings. I love this product - such good sound and great to see that it’s well suppoerted in here too.

Hi Ranson, I know these sorts of things can take a bit to work out. Is this something your team have had a chance to reach out to ReSound on yet? As mentioned, I love the FlooGoo. Really keen to use it to it's full potential!

The standard hasn't changed, so I can't think of any reason why those two devices wouldn't connect. You need a Windows computer to make the connection.

Thanks d_Wooluf, yes I need it for video chats on my windows machine. Earphones are just not as good as the direct bluetooth connection

Hi, thanks so much for your patience and continued support!
Good news! We've just released firmware 1.1.7.8, which fixes the microphone issue with ReSound hearing aids running the latest firmware version 10.62.1.
Please give it a try and let us know how it works for you!
