Hello everyone!

I recently purchased a ConnectClip device and I am not very satisfied with the factory settings. I would like to make changes. In the Bluetooth section, they show me that the connectclip version 1.1. I found out that you can independently change the parameters for this device and you need the Genie 2 application for this. But where can I download it from? I haven’t found the installation file anywhere. If anyone has a file, please share it with me. I will be grateful.

Hi I think you need to connect Genie2 to the hearing aids to be able to adjust the ConnectClip settings. With a Noalink Wireless adapter.

You can’t adjust the settings for the ConnectClip by connecting it to your PC.

Once you’ve connected Genie2 with the Noahlink Wireless, you plug the CClip into a USB mini cable to the PC, and it communicates with Genie2.
Genie 2 will show the F/W version, and if an update is available, it’ll download it.
The latest CClip F/W is 1.13.5.

To adjust streaming sound, the Phone Settings in Genie 2 have the settings for volume, bass, etc.

So, @Palker_studio get a Noahlink Wireless device from amazon, or eBay, and one of the kind peeps on this forum will share a link for the Genie 2 S/W.
