FWIW all rechargeable batteries degrade with time and usage. My audiologist recommends sending the back near the end of the three year warranty period to have the batteries tested and replaced while still under warranty.

It was battery issues that caused the riff between Phonak and Costco over the KS10 model that was withdrawn by Phonak.

Yes, of course. The question remains as to whether keeping the charger on charge makes any difference and likewise for charging the aids every night. I have a 5 year warranty on my spheres so could even get 2 battery replacements in that time.

No issue on the airplane with long flights. I’d you don’t use the Spheric program, the batteries last two days. Plus…the charger has a built in battery that provides two charges when you take them out to have a snooze. Just an FYI that the noise in the airplane during flight doesn’t usually trigger the Spheric mode so you don’t have to worry about chewing through your battery during the flight.

Agree with the above completely, no issue at all for me when I’ve travelled and in 3 months that I have had them the battery has never ever not lasted a full day, in fact I’ve never even had the battery low beep (and I stream A LOT)

I am sure you can do the programing of the yourself so you can do your fine tunings and change until you get the perfect results. it requires the target software and the NOAHLINK WIRLESS 2. all should cost about $130 - $150

Not quite sure of your English… BUT these are Lithium batteries, not NiCad, so they don’t need to be discharged fully before recharge.
They should be fully charged before use sometimes. And no doubt will be.

Did you ever get any answers on this or discover anything? My i90s work good in noisy restaurant environments. In my car, however, something kicks in, and I can hear better without the hearing aids than with them. Everything seems muffled and occluded. I assume it’s the road noise of the car that kicks in the ai noise cancelling. I have custom ear molds, and it’s really occluded with them and mildly so with power domes (which are now making my ears itch). Any suggestions or solutions I can bring to my audiologist would be appreciated.

I am not sure what is the problem. But if you know is the , it can be changed when it works. I have adjusted this to 80 . You (your audiologist) can change this)

I will be returning my Audeo Spheres since the automatic switch to Bluetooth and streaming and total noises irrational. I have a cross in my right ear, and yesterday was the clinch, total silence except for tv and the ha went into a db that i ripped it out of ear. I willhave audiologist try another brand, and i am not a candidate for ci. Even with no word recognition in right ear.

@mlfromde, this is not the fault of the hearing aids, but of the phone settings. You need to turn off notifications from the app. In addition, in the Bluetooth settings, I temporarily disable the media streaming option and leave streaming for calls.

Strange. Even TV Bluetooth or TV Connector?

I read your post again. If you have , you don’t have Sphere, only regular non-Sphere Infinio R hearing aid. Infinio R doesn’t have feature.

For what you have written you have probably faulty device, which is not so rare, knowing about fast production for fulfilling the large demanding for Phonak .

EDIT:
I misspelled previously and now corrected my erroneous sentence that “Sphere doesn’t have AI feature”. It definitely has! Infinio R doesn’t have!
