I’m a Philips 9050 user and have the Philips TV streamer (and reasonably happy) but curious if the 4HA would provide improved TV audio.
Anyone have any experience with both streamers?

I would just buy one on Amazon and test it using your own ears. You can always return it to Amazon or donate it to a local organization.

I have the Philips 905 with Audikast 4HA and Oticon More with Oticon TV streamer. The sound is similar.
There are things that I like better about the Oticon and presumably Philips streamer. One is that I don’t need my phone or an app to connect. Just use the toggle buttons on the hearing aid to cycle to the program. Second is that setting the program on the Oticon streamer is a bit easier, for instance I can set tv to stream at 100% prescribed volume, while background noise can be cut to something lower, say 60% or even zero if that is your preference.
It is possible that these features are also available on Audikast. Haven’t messed with the app much as I like to set it and forget it.
The Audikast 4HA is significantly cheaper, however

Make certain your app is compatible with audikast 4HA. I bought one but mysoundgear 5.1 will not work. It must be 6.
