Ira,
I mailed the adapter today and you should receive it in about a week.
It cost a bit more than I anticipated to package and ship, so I was wondering if you would be willing to send that PayPal reimbursement to me in the amount of $45 instead of $39. I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
Bob Walthers
