I have rexton reaches. If I want to hear my desktop computer through my hearing aids what kind of bluetooth dongle do I need? Do I just need one with for it to work? Is there anything else I need to look for? Also I am a little unclear how I would connect to the hearing aid. would it be through a program on my computer of on the rexton app?
is there go to product?
will the dongle work for the Rexton reaches and the Jabra enhance pro 30’s?

I got this to use on my desktop computer to provide Bluetooth connectivity for my KS10 hearing aids. It works very well.
It apparently supports Bluetooth LE. According to my Device Manager it is running
“on TP-Link Bluetooth 5.4 USB Adapter” so updating the driver must have enabled Bluetooth 5.4.

/Bluetooth LE/Bluetooth Low Energy is not the same as . That dongle is for classic Bluetooth and not LE Audio.
Could they not have picked another name to avoid confusion? Or required a clear spec such as 5.xLE were the LE indicated LE Audio compatibility. To makes things worse not all LE Audio transmission is the same making interoperability and connectivity challenging for now.

I’m a newbie at but got the Oticon Easy LE Adapter, that is , and it works great for my desktop to Otican Intents.. I had to get a USB -A to USB-C adapter, but that was cheap and easy… I don’t know why it would not work with your HAs…

FlooGoo FMA120 support BLEA (Bluetooth ) and can connect to Rexton Reach.
I have read that new firmware for Rexton Reach HA is available at some Costo sites. Before I upgrade my HAs with the new firmware I need to know if the TV connector and Smart MIC can still be used with the HAs. Does anyone have any experience with this capability? Thanks

As noted above, the Flairmesh FlooGoo is the one you want.
Rexton hasn’t updated the firmware yet that I know of, so I don’t think you will want to use the broadcast setting on the FlooGoo. Anyhow, just follow the instructions on the Flairmesh web site and you should be good to go. Just make sure you insert the USB dongle correctly, as it can be inserted upside down.

Has the Oticon LE Adpater been confirmed to work with non-Oticon aids? Historically Oticon accessories were brand locked even from other Demant brands.

No it has not. it only pairs to Oticon Intents I’ve heard rumors that it works with Philips 9050, but hven’t seen any verification.

Thanks for clearing up my over exuberant post.. I just assumed it just put out a generic signal, like the computer would if it had native LE Audio…
