Costco hearing aids work with Samsung Galaxy S23

I have a Galaxy S23 phone and my current will not connect to the Smart3D app that is suppose to work with them. I have Resound GN that are approximately 8+ years old. In frustration I bought a pair of Audien Adam Pro 2 because of the ability to adjust volume and environment settings through the HA. I get alot of feedback with them.

Seeing all the posts about Costco so just wondering if any of the HA they offer will have an app that works with my phone?

Although, that may be technically true, I trailed a Phillips pair before getting my first Phonak clones, and the ability to interface my phone with the aids was nowhere near what I can do with either my original KS10’s (Phonak P90’s) or my current Sennheisers.

Nothing like hands free classic Bluetooth.

Your GS23s “should” work, but the best way to check is getting a free hearing test at Costco along with a free in-store trial.

I suggest trying the Jabra 30s (including making a phone call with them) since they are rebranded Resounds - which you have experience with. Be sure your fitter connects the trial to the Jabra/Resound app for you.

I’ve only used actual Resounds or the Costco equivalent (back to the Kirkland 5s), so I cannot advise on any other brands. My phone is an S25, btw.

If you order the Jabras at the same time they take about two weeks to arrive.

Also request a printed copy of your hearing test.
