My ’s are about 4 years old. The speakers work fine, but the microphones on the back of them a plugged up. I tried cleaning to no avail. People cant hear me if I pick up a cell call using them and I dont think they are helping with hearing sounds. I like to wear them to stream music while I am working, etc.

Costco has free cleaning services for devices bought there. They should also be able to tell you what’s going on with them. What did they say ?
