Interesting! Based on the photos, it doesn’t seem to have the same bulge for the battery. I think I figured out a few generations ago that they used Unitron casings, but if it’s the Sphere, I’m surprised they could make that work. And the 31 hours of battery life lines up with the Infinio Ultra, but not the Sphere.
On the other hand, it looks like the Charger Go is standard with these, and I didn’t think it was standard for the non-Sphere Infinios. But I could be wrong about that.

It is not the Phonak Sphere —- this has already been discussed here
The specs published by Sennheiser confirm this . A picture is worth a thousand words

It’s absolutely NOT the Sphere. I even tried explaining to the Costco audiologist that it was the Infinio, and he’s still like “yeah the Infinio Sphere”.
I compared my Sphere to the model. There’s no bump on the Rise. But hey, it’s a great deal for an I90.

The link mentions artificial intelligence, and I think some people are mistakenly associating it with Sphera. It’s primarily Autosense, where the hearing aid adapts to various conditions, not Sphera.

Has anyone here tried the Sennheiser Rise yet? I have the Sennheiser Sonite R and like them but if the Rise are “better” I’d be interested in trying them. Thanks.

I just got them yesterday to trial. My current aids are K10s. Went to a group thing yesterday at someone’s house and these Rise were not any better than my K10s with the group but haven’t done any programs yet. in our house, they are very good; could even do the TV without any accessories. I’ve posted elsewhere about “receivers”. App says no receivers installed on these. Trying to get a handle on what “receivers” are because I’ve thought they were the same as “licenses” for using Phonak accessories. I’m sorry to have posted all of this in more than one spot.

App says no receivers installed
The App states that no software “receiver licenses” for Roger microphones are installed in the hearing aids.
If you have a Roger IN microphone (a IN version of the Roger mic is required) then you are able to self-install the missing receiver licenses (software codes) into your hearing aids.
If you have a non IN Roger microphone then you can
A: ask your audi/fitter to
B: ask a friend with Roger IN microphone if he could create two new licenses with his Roger Mic and transfer this two licenses into your pair of new hearing devices.
There are other threads in this forum discussing Roger receiver licenses and how to install them into the hearing aids.
I Have a Roger On that is paired with my Phonak Sphere HA’s I can unpair it ,but can’t pair it with my back up Phonak Lumity HA? They will only pair with the Shere’s . Is this correct?
It’ll be interesting to see if I can actually transfer them but according to my Apps and both Roger iN Mics, I currently have 8 x licenses when I shouldn’t have that many. Apps I use are MyPhonak and Junior myPhonak. I can also hear through my Roger Mics with both sets of hearing aids.

Phonak accessories do not need licences or “receivers.” Licenses/”receivers” are for Roger accessories. If you do not use Roger accessories, you can ignore that the “receivers” are not installed.

Deadman, how do you like the sound quality of the Rise?
Also without the Deep Nural Network how does the voice clarity sound in noise?
Can you do a review of the hearing aid?
Thanks
