Please share any information about the upcoming Sennheiser Sonite Rise model coming to Costco. When do you think it will arrive? What features do you expect it to include?

Here’s pretty much everything I’ve seen. 2026 Costco crystal ball forecast - #40 by OcramSagev
It seems closest to Phonak Audeo Infinio R. (not Sphere version) I would guess it has the “Ultra” software but no way that I can think of to know. I would think it would be coming to Costco soon since all this info is on Sennheiser’s website but only way to know is to talk to your Costco. I will be calling or dropping by mine within a day or two.

I spoke to my Costco fitter this morning (3/1). She had not heard about the Rise, nor any replacement for the Sonite R.

If you go to the (supposedly UK) site that was linked to in the original thread and click on Locations you get locations for the Sonite R. ‘Country/Region’ at the bottom is showing the US flag. It’s all looking under construction right now.

I plead ignorance of how websites work. The US flag seems to stay in Country/Region no matter what Country I click on. I can consistently access Sonite Rise if I find the Sennheiser site and click on UK for location.

Just back from my Costco. As guessed, they know nothing of new Sennheiser aids. Said they get one days notice when new aids are available.
I’m in Calfornia but prices seemed higher than I remember. I think they were like ~$1650 for most and $1750 for Jabras.

The KS aids were always close to $1500 and the others were typically similar to the prices you posted. Still a great price for everything received.

Had a message from my Costco audiologist, product launched in the UK last week, following a training day. No further details as yet.

The EasyLine App recent update specifies on the Support tab, click on “Latest Update Discover What’s new on the Easy Line Remote App” that it now supports Sonite Rise.

Costco/Phonak/Sennheiser have no imagination. I’m wearing the Sennheiser Sonite R currently, they’re great by the way, I only need to purchase the “… ise” part when it arrives.

I emailed Sennheiser and asked if they had any info. They initially told me that the Rise was currently available at Costco US. I asked them to confirm as I had just asked on Monday. They apologized and said there had been a delay in the release and they didn’t have any further information.

Are you sure you were conversing with a human at Sennheiser?
That exchange gives off ai vibes. Had a similar convo with a Chinese supplier. Perfect English and everything made good sense until something struck me strange. I asked “are you a bot?” They replied that they’d get back to me but never did.

Excellent point! I don’t know. The only thing that suggests a human reply is that there was a notable delay in the email response (a couple of days) and the timing of the response was during a time that would be reasonable for a human to be responding.

Interesting! I live in Nevada, and purchased a new pair of the Senheisser’s on Feb. 6, at the Carson City Costco. The audiologist had a pair on display, programmed for me to try in different noise environments in the store, said they were better suited for my hearing loss. I have been labeled with very severe hearing loss, and find the Senheissers to be better than my 3 year old Jabra’s, that had an annoying very tinny sound. The audiologist confirmed the Jabra history of a tinny sound. She had to order the Senheisser’s, and they arrived 2 weeks later, on schedule. I also find they deal better in high noise, like restaurants. They are a different sound that I am still adjusting to, and I was told my brain needs about 6 weeks to adjust to them. I have a follow-up appointment next week to see if any programming needs to be tweaked. They came with a high quality drop-in charger. Still have not tested in group settings that I fought with the Jabra’s. The Senheisser’s are built under contract with Sonova AG, in Switzerland, for the Costco market. Rumor has it they are not available in all Costco stores. Senheisser, located in Germany has a long standing rep for very high-end commercial sound equipment. Anyway, time will tell if I made a good choice. My first priority is quality, not cost. We all have different hearing loss, with different requirements. I am not promoting the Senheisser’s, just mention they are doing better for me, so far, than the Jabra’s I fought for 3 years. Time will tell!

I took a look at your Carson City Costco hearing center. They show the Sennheiser Sonite R, not the Sonite Rise.
What model aids did you get?
Thanks
