I believe the Sonite Rice will be released very soon.
You should be in a situation to return the R and then get the later technology with the Rise. A good thing.

i30, i50, i70 or i90? Hope it will be the 90
Always the premium models, Costco don’t play games or treat people like idiots.

Sonite Rise is now on sale in the UK. The info I can gather from Costco is it’s possibly close to the Audeo Infinity 90. So it seems to be a step up from the Sonite R.

In simple terms, if possible, what separates the Rise from the rest of the Costco lineup?
I currently have Jabra 10’s that have been troublesome the whole time. When they work they are good for me but I expect mine to fail sometime soon, like they have for the entire duration I have owned them.
Bonus points if you can tell from my if these could work for my loss profile

They should work for you: their fitting range accommodates mild to profound hearing loss.
The primary distinction between Sennheiser and other hearing aids lies in their utilization of Bluetooth Classic technology, which allows the aids to connect to anything that has without accessories (just like any regular bluetooth headset).
Is Sennheiser better or worse than other brands at Costco? All the brands are competitive, and Sennheiser is essentially a rebadged Phonak Infinio I90, which is a great hearing aid. Opinions on which is best : That depends on who you ask.

Any can fit your loss, nothing special about that loss, typical ski slope, everything at Costco is rebranded premium models from the big 5 manufacturers, as mentioned the best is the one works best for you ; )

I’ll call them and ask about the receivers - I don’t know anything about which receivers it should come with, let’s see what they say…..

@alcorey Were you satisfied with the service provided by the audiologist/hearing aid dispenser at Costco? Did they perform real ear measurement ()? What was the hearing test like? Just tonal? Was a word recognition test included?
I have read and heard very different opinions about Costco Hearing Centers, so I am interested in yours. Thanks.
