Does anyone have experience with Danalogic AM71 in the ear hearing aids working well for about one hour after reprogramming then going very muffled? Any assistance or advice would be very helpful. TIA.

Thank you for your prompt response. The answer to your question is about 20% of the time opening and closing the battery compartment door does restore the clarity for a short time. The door has to be left open for at least 30 minutes before clarity is restored on those occasions this operation works. Hope this information will help further the investigation into the problem. I suspect there is possibly an issue with the NVRAM used by the programming or some other issue with the electronics.
