I put my hearing aid in (just left ear) and it beeps twice then 3 times then it works just fine. So the battery is not low. Why is it doing this? BTW, I took the app off my phone because it was automatically answering my phone calls and I didn’t want it to do that.

I also have Starkey aids. Try changing setting in my Starkey ap/my hearing/my settings/ and turn off accept/end/decline calls. This may work. If you are connected to the tv ap though you won’t hear any calls come through for some reason.
