Experience with Costco Jabra or Resound ITC/ITE Customs hearing aids?

In Costco today, I saw the “Jabra Customs” (or ) hearing aids that looked VERY interesting. I cannot find any documentation about these. They appear to be similar to the Resound Customs. I think they may solve some of the issues I’m having with my current Phonak .

Anyone have experience with either of these?

Batteries wearing out. Cannot connect to my iPhone correctly - keeps dropping connection. Poor support. Needs to go back to my audiologist for upgrades. Nothing online. iPhone software poor - can’t connect to the most of the time.
