So, a couple of weeks ago I started noticing that the sound from one aid was getting distorted. I took it to Costco and they pointed out that the upper and lower cases of both aids are splitting apart at the rear.
They sent the worse sounding one back to the company to be repaired, which is due back Tuesday. I’m creating this post as a warning to other Jabra Enhance Pro 10 owners.

Swapping out the housing is easy.
I really think HA manufacturers should provide clinics with spare housing so that these issues can be fixed immediately on-site.

Wow. How long have you had these? Seems like they should fix both aids.
Three and a half years, which means the warranty has expired. I would have sent both in but I’ve been unable to find my last aids, which means I have no back-ups. My hearing is too bad for me to try to get by 2 weeks without either aid.
