I have had my Enhance Pro 30 for less than two weeks. I have had no issues with them except every couple of days either the left or right earpiece disconnect from the iOS app and shows as a red disconnected line on the status page of the app. When this happens, there is no change to the hearing function, but it is not possible to change any of the settings. The only way to fix it is to place the disconnected earpiece in the charger for a few seconds then put them back in the ear. My two-week appointment with the fitter is coming up in a couple of days and I am wondering if I should have them send it back to the factory for replacement? I know they have the latest firmware. I am on iPhone 18 Pro and running the latest iOS (2.7.1) and the app version. This is intermittent and not reproducible. I wish I could be certain that was an issue with the hearing aids as opposed to my iPhone. What would you guys do in this case? Get them sent to the factory and get a loaner or live with them?
With the EnhancePro app open, when you see the red exclamation point over Status, what happens when you touch the Home button on the bottom left? Does the app reconnect to the aids within a few seconds, so you don't need to reboot the aids from the charger?
If not, you may need to talk it over with your hearing specialist.
The one thing that I don't really like with my Jabra 30s and the EnhancePro app is that this Bluetooth connection is frequently broken, often not long after connecting each morning when I turn the aids on, and again throughout the day. I can always reconnect quickly tapping the Home button. But the problem with having to do that is that the ability of the app to help me locate one or both aids if they're misplaced isn't there if the app isn't always connected to the aids. I've tried the suggestions I've seen online for fixing this issue, but none of them helped.
Try going into the app and select the more button. If optimize is turned on, try turning it off. I know it sounds counterintuitive but I have an older version Jabra that would disconnect and this resolved it for me.
You don't have to use the charger - pressing and holding the for 5 seconds turns it off and turns it back on; that's useful when the charger isn't close by. Also, shutting off and then back on might get the app to recognize the HA.
I'm on a Pixel 9 on the latest version of Android. I like video, so I watch a lot of TV, always using a TV Streamer+ (). I started with the Jabra EP30 last March after 3+ years on EP10s, so I've got a lot of experience with the Jabra app. I used an iphone for a couple of years with Jabras and switched to the Pixel almost a year ago. Both IOS and the Pixel 9 have native apps that control the Jabras, but the native apps don't do everything the Resound/Jabra/etc. app(s) do, so I usually have both going.
I found and find the Resound app to be VERY annoying on both Apple and Android. It sometimes loses connection with one or both HAs even while the native app stays connected. When I stop streaming, the app stays in streaming mode for several minutes, even after I switch to All-Around. Often I get a message that streaming has failed when it obviously continues to work. Sometimes I get an indication that streaming is on when it isn't.
I blame the app for most of the problems. At the same time, several times a day one or the other HA loses the stream momentarily.
When I was using an iphone (I really hate Apple's nomenclature), updates to IOS alternated between effing up the BT connection and improving it. I doubt that's changed much. IOW, with Apple, you've got to contend with with lousy programming from 2 independent sources. not to mention the hardware and software in the phones and the HAs. And not to mention the radios and obstructions we have in our homes and offices.
There are so many moving parts involved that it's impossible to identify the source of any one problem, and the difficulty posed by the moving parts is compounded by the rapidly changing programming.
IOW, we're going to have to accept the intermittent BT for a long, long time.
The saving grace is that HAs keep getting better. The Jabra 30s work much better, at least for me, than the 10s ever did.

I don't know about OP Reza, but turning off Optimize MFi seems to have fixed my frequent-disconnect issue. I had not tried or even seen that suggestion before. Thanks! Much obliged.
