Are you able to send it back to your local Costco to have the battery replaced by Phonak.

Yes, that the one that works “best” for you, so you’ll need to trial these and find the one that works for you, the Jabra models have just been released by Costco, this is the latest from ReSound, the Vivia 9, get the hearing test done and go from there.

right side
Don’t worry about the right side. You can swap receivers and left becomes right, but you need to reprogram the aid in any case. You may even need a different power receiver than the one in the aid you find.
Have you tried swapping holes in the charger to make sure it isn’t the connections in the hole? You can put the left in the right hole and vice versa. This will help you determine the failure belongs to the aid or the charger.
But the advice to see if you can get it repaired is your best answer.

I had same problem with right side aid 2 months ago, Costco sent it for repair £120. They replaced the whole of the innards. You also get new domes and receivers and a warranty. Well worth the outlay.
