With me newer Hearing Aids (Resound Omnia), I'm having a few issues. On the assumption they are unrelated, I'll go one at a time.
Issue 1:
When making or taking calls through my phone, it connects fine for me, and I can hear the other person no problem, but my voice is very quiet for the other person - almost un-hearable.
Upon investigation, I realise it is using my hearing aid mics to capture my voice during call, and not the phone's mics. Not something I was aware of till now.
So, is there a problem with the mics on my hearing aids then? Or a problem with my settings in the software?
This surely can't be how it's supposed to be.
