Where do you get that from! got any any links for your source of information? it’s not true of course as Costco has a business relationship with all the manufacturers on the models they sell (Jabra are rebranded ReSound models)

I agree w @tenkan - The HIS that I saw at Costco recommended the Rextons and he didn’t demo the Jabra 20 to me.
What you probably heard is that they have an exclusive deal to sell Jabras (meaning no other business in the US can sell them) and this is true.

Is this correct? There is an option in the assistant to reset all changes. I hear different things though.

Assistant can make changes to the main Auto program based on your answers to it’s topics and questions. Then it asks if you like the results and do you want to keep them

Want to apologize here, but no specific person to apologize to, perhaps to Costco.

I went back yesterday after going around as to which HA was better, the Jabra’s or Rexton’s. I finally asked the Costco helper to “make up my mind for me”. She was quite nice and actually did a compare by playing the tones for both and then doing the word recognition for both. The end result from her was that they were the same results for both tests.

On my end, I found that I was repeating syllables during the word recognition test with the Rextons, but with the Jabras I was understanding all the words. So I chose the Jabras.

The Costco people showed no preference as to my buying one HA or another!!!
