My KS10s stay connected to both my iphone and ipad without having to switch back and forth. Do the Rexton Reach do the same? I’d like to have even more than 2 devices stay connected.

I have my Reach connected to 2 iphones , l can have the Rexton app running on both phones, make changes on one and see the other change to match. I can only stream audio from one phone at a time

Phone calls work automatically, streaming an audio book I only do from one of the phones I have never tried to switch

My wife just purchased Rexton hearing aids from Costco. Even Costco had trouble getting her hearing aids to work with her Ipad. They failed and I heard that Rexton leaves you to rely on costco tech people. I got it to connect with the Audible program but my wife wanted to facetime with her ipad and I had to be creative to make it work. The program Audible from Amazon has a bluetooth icon at the top and if you select it and then airplay it allows you to select the hearing aids and then your Ipad is connected to go back to Facetime. Not an easy way but it does work. May also work with other programs to get it connected but Audible works great.

I have my Reach connected to my iPhone all the time. I can then start a YouTube video on my iPad and listen to it without doing anything. My Reach’s are paired to both and I can switch between them any time at will. Actually I have them paired to my iPhone and two iPads and can stream from all 3 without doing anything

How did you set them up? Mine are paired with both devices, but when I use them with the iPad, I lose the Bluetooth connection to the phone and vice versa.

I just paired with all 3 devices, the streaming automatically moves to what ever devise I am listening to or watching. When watching you tube on my iPad and I receive a phone call the aids switch to my iPhone automatically. I did no special setup just paired to my devices. It may look like you loose bluetooth on your iphone but it automatically reconnects for phone calls

Ok. I have experienced that with phone calls, but not videos. When I watch a video on the iPad, it works, but I then have to reset Bluetooth. Thank you for responding. I appreciate it.

They are not as “versatile” or solid with as the KS10. Not even close.
My experience was tsimilar to @hcsekin
I had trouble switching the stream from one device to another and, sometimes, I had to turn the BT off on one device to be able to stream from the other device as @Queueman said.
I ended up returning the Reach because I struggled with the BT connections (quality of sound, I found the BT connections were unreliable, etc).

Now that’s interesting because my last aids were KS 10’s and my Bluetooth experience with the Reach is much better than the KS 10’s. I was never able to connect the KS to my PC but Reach with a dongle can. And all my iOS devices are flawless with the Reach as stated above. I never have to re pair or reset to move to other iOS devices.

What brand did you get after returning the Rextons? I use for TV, through my iPhone connected to Roku, and it works OK, but the sound quality is not as good as a wired headset.
I think Apple Air Buds also have better sound, but I can’t stand how they feel.

I have Phonak and Widex now. IMHO, as of today, Phonak’;s is the best for streaming. Neither sounds better than the AirPods.

I find that, if you want to switch from the iPad to the phone for streaming, it helps to turn off Bluetooth on the iPad and make sure you hav a connection on the phone. At least that is how I do it. Sometimes I turn the phone’s Bluetooth off and back on to establish the connection. It’s kind of a pain, but it works.
