Starkey Edge AI Iphone answerin issues

I have a 3 week old pair of Starkey Edge 24 hearing aids. About 8 days go the ability to answer calls on my iPhone 16 Pro Max stopped. When I push the buttron to answer now it cycles from Crowd, to Auditorium to Personal. Answering with push button worked initially. The location I purchased it from spent 30 minutes with tech support but they could not determine issue. She paired them with her older iphone and it worked. I paired them with my wife’s phone which is same model and ios release. They worked as the should. The issue then is obviously a setting on my phone. I can’t find a difference between her phone and mine. Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with this occurring with their phone and hearing aids?

Settings → Accessibility → Hearing Devices → Audio Routing. In there , choose your preferred audio routing
Settings → Accessibility → Hearing Devices → Hearing devices → Ensure “stream to XX” is enabled

Thank you for the suggestion. The Audio Routing is set to Always Hearing Devices
There is not a option under Hearing Devices. There is only H/As showing Connected but no MFi under that either.

Issue resolved! As it turns out I had turned off the Play Ringtones in Hearing Devices settings on my iPhone. As I was trying to resolve this, I remembered doing that soon after getting them as I thought hearing the ringtone through my hearing aids was not necessary. It is!

My Starkey Edge recently just started doing this. I have worn these for over 2 years and Starkey for over 20 years. However, the problem just started. I have both “play ringtones” and “system sounds” set to green. The last time this happened, my Iphone told me the aids were not connected. (This was mid day. For some reason I lost connectivity.) After reconnecting, the aid button worked, but not today.
