I know there was a discussion about the US Healthcare taking place inside this thread. I thought this was a helpful video for explaining the traps involved there.

I am in the UK and had Phonak Sphere I90 from Boots on sale or return for £4k. I returned them because they did not appear to be any better than my 5 year Specsavers I70s. I COULD NOT ADJUST THEM MY SELF. I believe the “spheric” mode was not turned. How could I know?
I have now bought Resound Savi 4 for £1200 from hearing shop. My life has changed f\or the better suddenly because of the use of a Homespot BA210 auracaster just for watching TV and adjusting the volume on my hearing aids.

A plague on Phonak for their denying the use of Auracast benefits for their users.
