TV Connector program not appearing in Target

I’ve recently begun using TV Connector. I’m struggling to configure the TV Connector +mic program because it does not appear in Target. TV Connector works fine, there’s a steady green light and I hear the TV audio through my aids. However when I connect my aids to Target, the audio stops and there is no TV Connector +mic in the program list. It does appear in the MyPhonak app while in use. Things I’ve tried.
Connect aids with “Fittings from hearing aids”,
Connect aids with “Fitting from session”,
Selected TV Connector under Devices (icon then appears on Target upper bar next to hearing aid icons),
Created a new session,
Connected aids with TV Connector on/off.
What am I missing? Any advice?

There is no “TV Connector” program as such in Target. However, you will find under “Autosense x.x Streaming” two categories called “streaming speech” and “streaming music”. This is where you make adjustments as necessary for streaming from the TV adapter.

Thanks for the response. I must first confess that I’ve been utilizing for help with this issue where I’ve seen multiple references on how to configure that TV Connector program. This might just be a situation where I’ve been sucked into the AI knowledge vacuum.

TV Connector, Restaurant and TV and programs that won’t appear in the list and are not directly adjustable. I’ve struggled with the sound quality of TV connector; female voices are too tinny.

AutoSense OS media speech + mic should adjust TV connector

AutoSense OS media music + mic will adjust streaming music such as Spotify, YouTube music, Pandora etc.

You might be better off making adjustments within MyPhonak app while connected to TV connector as you’ll instantly hear the effect of your changes, then save the program as a new program.

The only adjustments that I see in MyPhonak app for the TV Connector +mic program are the volume and ambient settings. There is no ability to save settings. I’m working the settings that I like using Target but it’s rather hit and miss without realtime feedback. Thanks for your response.
