Jabra enhance pro 30 poor sound quality on phone calls

My Jabra enhance pro 30 aids have a poor quality of sound for the receiving end of a phone call. My previous ReSound had excellent tonal quality. Why the difference when the Jabra is so similar to the ReSound? Has anyone else had this problem??

Yes, I find this hard to believe. Seek help from your fitter–or do it yourself, if you’re into this ‘homework’. Something’s wrong somewhere!

They are exactly the same, so as mentioned it’s all in the programming for bluetooth streaming, so it’s just the streaming for calls, everything else is okay, music streaming etc

Here’s the fix, at least for my iPhone 13. Go to your Jabra app and select more. Turn off the switch labeled Optimize connection. That improved the quality of the sound of my voice to the receivers of my calls, or their calls. There’s still a slight pause as the iPhone connects to the hearing aids, but the quality is vastly improved. If you have an Android phone, sorry I don’t have a suggestion.

I know I complained about this to my Audi, saying my old OPN1 were better. He increased the bass on the ’s and it made them better, but they’re still not as good as the OPN’s

The OPN are my old hearing aids, (Oticon OPN1). I’m currently using the Jabra Pro 20 and these are the ones I had adjusted, more bass and they sounded better. I’m an iphone user.
