SAS-4 intermittent

I have an SAS-4 TV Streamer + which only works when it wants to!
Sometimes it will work for hours, others just minutes!
My 's are Jabra Enhance Pro 30, and even though there is no audio track, changing the volume allows the appropriate chimes.
The latest app is installed, my HA's are up to date, and I have tried the Jabra as well as the Resound app.
Is there a way to update the firmware of the streamer?
That is all I can think of at this point, unless someone else has fought through this?

Have you tried a different cable and/or method (analog vs optical) to connect to the TV?

At this point, all one can tell is that the output from the TV, the cable, or the TVS+ is the problem. My guess is that a different cable may help diagnose or even fix the problem.
