Jabra Enhance Pro 30 Double Tap not working

GrayGhost. Thanks for the information. My S21+ (One UI Ver 6) worked great with Auracast, with my Jabra Enhanced Pro 20 and the Pro 30. From what Jabra Tech Support said that only the S23 and S25 are compatible with the “double tap” to answer phone calls.

Is the double tap working now ?

Negative. My Samsung S21+ doesn’t support this feature.

Upgrade to an iPhone and all those features work fine. Apple has been working with the hearing aid manufacturers for over ten years and they have developed MFi, (Made for iPhone), software. With an iPhone, you can adjust many features without the Jabra app. Of course, you have to decide that for yourself. You don’t have to buy the latest and most expensive iPhone. All of those features work on my iPhone 13 which is almost four generations old. Just a suggestion. I’m sure all the Apple haters will start sending me all kind of spam.

dont believe every word jabra phone support advises

Companies in general over-promise and under-deliver. Practically in the definition of marketing: package vague lies to sell more product.

I don’t have any problems with Jabra, and of course sales promo neglects the negatives. I can say the Jabra Enhance Pro 30s are very good in noisy environment compared to the 20s.

True, although in this case Jabra under promised and over delivered
Because touch to answer works on many more phones than the 2 that support mentioned

Nice business jets! I had a friend that flew a Learjet 35 and he said he loved the performance.

You mentioned trading in the 20s for the 30s. Do you know if Costco is offering the trade ins? Thanks

Costco has a 180 day return policy. As long as you purchased those within 180 days you can return them for refund or in-store credit card which can be applied to the purchase of another hearing aid.

Tap control is in the Jabra EnhancePro app. It’s in My Enhanced Pro under Tap Control.

My manual from Jabra also describes tap control however the tech at Costco set my Jabra EP 30 with long and short button as I described instead of tap control. Try it, it might work.

Of importance, did he or she set the noise reduction to, “Intelligent Focus”, in the hearing aid setting software?

I find I have to tap mine really hard. I’m planning to get that sensitivity increased on my next visit.
