Jabra Enhance Pro App - Favorite program overrides EQ

I created a new favorite based off the All Around program where I adjusted EQ and Speech focus. Saved it as a Favorite. However, when I switch back tot he default All Around program the EQ and speech focus settings stay the same as my favorite. Why is this? The Favorite should be a separate program and then when I switch back to the default All Around program the settings should switch to how they are configured in that program. Pretty frustrating. Is there a way around this?

I just got mine and am experienced the same issue. Workaround suggested elsewhere is to make another favorite that resets it back to levels you want but that is sorta silly especially when it appears cannot sort them. I also have issue where streaming settings are not separate either but there are big threads on that without any real solution.

That’s really silly. I’ve been in contact with customer service and they are useless. Crazy slow to respond. And when they do they just say to remove the hearing aids from the app and repair the hearing aids to the app and that should “fix the problem.” Yeah right. No.

I think this is a user interface issue. I was watching a video about the Jabra Enhance Pro 700 and the favorites for the each program seem to be stored as additional sound settings within the program that you can select. Seems to me it would make more sense to have it this way in the Jabra Pro 30 app instead of sorting it like a separate program. I bet the phone apps for reach share a common code base and this was overlooked or not easy to change when porting to the 30s.

I had the same problem as OP. I have the 4 standard programs which are All Around, Hear in noise, Music and Outdoor. There’s no default settings other than volume level on my Music program card. The sound enhancer settings are off by default. I used it to make and save a favorite card for phone calls. After a phone call and I go back to All Around program, it is unchanged.
