Oticon More 1. Tried rebooting iPhone and reinitializing but hasn’t cured it. Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated.

You need to give more info than this. There are 2 lights on the TV Adapter, the Power light and the TV Indicator light. Which light is blinking? How do you have it connected?
What does the iPhone have to do with the TV Adapter that you have to reboot the iPhone?
Was it working before?
