Is there a copy of Jabra (not Resound) Smartfit software floating around?

I have the latest version of the Resound software. However I’m wondering if anyone has a copy of the install file for the Jabra specific version of the Smartfit software that the Costco Techs use. Main reason is while the Resound sofware allows fitting adjustments to be made, I get the message “Both instruments that you are about to connect do not appear on your instrument list in fitting software. But you may still fit and save changes to the instruments” upon connecting.

Because the Jabra’s aren’t on the Resound software device list, I don’t think the software is able to check for available firmware updates.

I initially thought the Jabra phone app is able to ensure the hearing aid firmware would be kept up to date but read a post on here by a member who said this was not the case and they had to go into costco for the techs to update the firmware for them.

Since firmware updates will add/fix/improve support for stuff like , I would like to be able to keep the device firmware up to date.

TLDR- checking to see if there are Jabra specific smartfit software floating around the internet. Not interested in the resound version as I already have it.

There’s no such thing as Jabra software, you’ve missed the most important part, Jabra are the exact same as ReSound Nexia and that’s why “only SmartFit” can program your Nexia… sorry I mean Jabra models, SmartFit is the exact same software that Costco use, the Jabra models only show up in ReSound SmartFit once connected not before, you should be able to use the App for firmware updates and you can with ReSound App, obviously there’s no updates available for Jabra as they already have right?

Yeah I didn’t see it myself, but if there is one it should be available through the App, just make’s things a lot easier for anyone wanting to update.
