I got these from Costco but was 200 km from the outlet and never had conversation with audiologist. Am now even more remote in Central America but am interested in any help with several issues. I do not styream music; am interested ONLY in hearing what people are saying. Sometimes, they just cut out. I cannot hear what someone is saying in front of me. I am also overwhelmed in restaurants even with Live Listen. Am I better off NOT connecting my phone? Am interested in any advice.

Jabra makes an over-the-counter hearing aid called the Enhance Select. They also make a hearing aid called the Enhance Pro.

The Enhance Pro requires a hearing test and setting up the hearing aid by one of Costco’s hearing aid fitters.

So did Costco do a hearing test and set up your hearing aids by one of their hearing aid fitters? Did you speak with a Costco hearing aid fitter?

If these hearing aids are enhance pro 10 or pro 20, there is a 3 year warranty on them if you send them back to Costco for repair. Call Costco to find out what they say about your issue.

The Pro 20 can be adjusted remotely, you will need to call Costco to see what you need to make that happen.

Laws are different depending on country, so I hesitate advising you to look into the route.

Welcome to the forum, you may be better off doing , just buy the Noahlink wireless programming device, you’ll also need a windows PC and SmartFit software and you’ll be able to try and sort these issues out yourself, setting ones up for noisy environments can be done in the restaurant on the fly, just a bit of research and reading the user guides for programming ones HAs gets most people sorting their own issues out, in your case obviously warranty is a moot point! Just check your and domes, replace with new and then check the receiver wires and connection to the HAs, could be something as simple as this.

Hi tenkan are you able to help me I have the Noah link 2 and windows PC . As I am new to this community site I need some guidance as to acquire the Smart Fit software My wife has a Rexton 9yr old still in use have purchased Jabra Pro (Costco) this unit requires adjusting due to output voice sounds like Donald Duck thanks in advance
