I have Starkey Pro Fit software, latest version, connected to NoahLink Wireless 2, updated to latest firware, running on a fast Windows 11 computer. Pro Fit sofware is using Starkey’s PatientBase (database) program successfully. I launch the software from PatientBase, choose me (the patient), and go to “connect”. These need to be placed in the charger then removed from the charger, to enter bluetooth discovery mode, so I do that. Then ProFit, wirelessly, correctly identifies my hearing aids as Genesisi 24 and displays the serial number. Then I click on “connect” and the software tries for a minute or so, then announces “Pro Fit cannot connect to hearing aid”. This is strange because it already identified the hearing aids so the Noahlink and Pro Fit software appear to be working. I’ve tried everything: re-initialize the HA, bring them close/far from the Noahlink Wireless 2, help!
