I purchased Jabra Enhance Pro 30 Hearing Aids from Costco about 6 weeks ago. Overall I am pleased. Had to work out a few kinks (one aid kept rebooting). In my hearing aid box I have two packs of but no microphone filters. Since I am 2 1/2 hours from Costco I will just try to purchase some online. Can anyone give me the product number for the microphone filters. I am thinking I may have to replace wax filters monthly. How often do you think microphone filters will need to be replaced?

I would rely on GreyGhost’s advice as to which ones to order. From what I’ve read, filters seem to be changed on the basis of how well your hearing aid is performing and how congested with trapped particles the filters look.

I have a set of mic filters supplied to me by my audiologist when I collected my Vivia hearing aids (which are identical to the Jabra EP 30). And the Resound part number 23098321 is indeed what is printed on the outside of the package.

Call your Costco and ask whether they will mail you some. Some stores will do this if a patient is far away.
