I have a new pair of Jabra Enhanced Pro 30 hearing aids. I am missing calls because the aids stay connected to blue tooth while in the charger. Should I turn them off completely before I put them in the charger. Will they still charge if they are turned off?

I believe your audiologist can program your aids to turn off automatically when you place them in the charger. I have the same brand and that’s what mine do
