hello I got the Bernafon Leox 3 and my audiologist is an elderly man who is cool but admitted he is technologically illiterate and i have the sound clipa for it but instead of the music experience program I heard about there is Music at home /TV and it doesn’t sound different from the dynamic program where music sounds teeny and flat is here any audiologist who can do add this program for me for me remotely ?

No, as far as I know, only the audiologist or their office that set up the aid can handle remote programming.
Audiologists often charge a lot for their services. Unless he gave you a huge discount, it’s worth looking for another one. Hearing aids are now high-tech devices, so you need someone with the technical know-how to help you get the most out of them. It’s like a dentist saying that he doesn’t do composite fillings because those weren’t taught in his university when he graduated.
Edit: removed comment about streaming because I thought the OP was asking about that.

@OcramSagev FYI: Bernafon Leox is only available as Super Power (SP) und BTE Ultra Power (UP) and need a custom mold. The Leox is designed for people with severe-to-profound hearing loss.
