Enhance Pro 30 not ringing to android phone fix

My new aids would not ring to my Samsung S25 Ultra. I called the Jabra help line and went through pairing/unpairing, setting changes, etc. with no luck. Costco couldn’t figure it out either. It would ding once to the aids, then silence. I found that when I go to the home screen and push either volume up or down on the phone the little slider that appears on the screen has three little dots at the top. Tap those and a menu comes up for media volume. The one for my aids was all the way down. I moved it up and voila, my phone now rings to my aids. I have tried to find this setting on the phone but this is the only place I’ve found it and I’ve been through it thoroughly. Hope this helps someone.

My phone is a Samsung S24 Ultra. When I receive a call, my Jabra Enhance Pro 30 only makes a single “ding” sound and then goes silent. I tried your method — pressing the volume button on the home screen — but the three-dot volume adjustment menu doesn’t appear. It only shows up after the call ends when I press the volume button again.＞＜

I think you may find that this needs to be done when you are not on a call

Great info. My S25 and Jabra 30s have worked well on streaming calls from the get-go, but I’ve seen other threads with similar issues.

I get the single ding just before my phone rings.

FWIW, I was able to bring up the slider graphs/menus just now (while not on a call).

These same volume defaults can also be adjusted using the Volume control in the Main Menu - but I just noticed that the volume button on the phone can be disabled here, too.

I’ve been on an iphone for 2 years, and I forgot everything about Android that I knew. Now I’m on a Pixel with Android 16.

I set up a special ringtone for my wife, and the phone no longer rang for calls, though it did vibrate. I looked at Settings for the phone, and saw no sound assigned to normal calls. I assigned a ringtone to phone calls, and now the phone seems to vibrate and to ring OK.
